Make more out of your heliskiing vacation!

Combining Whistler with your heliskiing trip is most convenient so we have provided you with the following information for your consideration.

Many of our guests spend a day or two in Whistler before their visit with us in Bella Coola. This is a great way to warm up those skiing muscles and at the same time alleviate the effects of jet lag.

Extremely Canadian
We recommend that you contact the folks at Extremely Canadian to arrange your Whistler visit and activities. EC has all the knowledge of Whistler and specializes in on-mountain guiding and clinics that include lift line priority. They will also make the necessary travel arrangements, accommodations, lift passes, equipment rentals and any additional activities available in Whistler.

VIP Luxury Vacations
If you prefer more of a "luxury" Whistler experience, then we recommend that you to contact our friends Ben & Matt at VIP Mountain Holidays. These fellows arrange "first class" holidays in Whistler and Vancouver, with a strong emphasis being on "one on one" guest care.

Whistler is now the largest ski town in North America. With two mountains to choose from, this diverse resort offers world-class hotels and restaurants, all kinds of shopping, many sports activities for all types of enthusiasts and a famous nightlife.

Vancouver Tourism

It is well worth spending an extra day or two in one of the most beautiful and cosmopolitan cities in the world. We recommend you see this "city by the sea" on a rental bicycle. Vancouver is very bike friendly! Cruise the sea walls and beaches and take in some of Vancouvers huge parks. Golf is possible all year due to the cooperative and mild climate. In the evenings we suggest you try a sushi meal in one of the many Japanese restaurants .. Vancouver is known as the sushi capital of North America.

Vancouver Canucks
For all you ice hockey fans, the national sport of Canada, a Vancouver Canucks game is a must see. Check out the schedules and book your tickets ahead. If you like the nightlife Vancouver offers a cornucopia of international entertainment choices.
