GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the responsibility of our guests to ensure that they are in Vancouver in time to catch their flight to Bella Coola. Bella Coola Heli Sports is not responsible for missed flights due to international flight delays, missed connections or any other reason. We recommend arriving in Vancouver the day prior to your departure for Bella Coola. We also recommend that you include an over night stay in Vancouver on your return home.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. The reservation and cancellation policies outlined above are standard in the heliskiing industry. Furthermore, Bella Coola Heli Sports reserves the right to cancel any heliski tour at any time. In this case full refunds will be given.

BANKING INFORMATION FOR WIRE TRANSFERS

**SPECIAL NOTE: To transfer money via bank wire transfer please contact us direct at 604.932.3000.

We accept bank wire transfers (Canadian funds only) and Visa or MasterCard. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. The balance of the package price is due 3 months (90 days) before the date of your arrival in Bella Coola. Payments in currencies other than Canadian dollars will be credited to your account at the exchange rate that applies on the date the payment is received. Please ensure that the amount is equal to or exceeds the amount due.

We highly reccommend that you visit Globex Foreign Exchange to save money on your bank wire transfers.
