At BCHS we are very casual, sort of like home away from home! We ask that you limit yourself to one carry-on bag and one suitcase weighing no more than a total of 40 lbs (18.2 kilos). This is the maximum baggage allowance set by our airline charter. If you are planning to travel heavy please let us know ahead of time and we can make arrangements to book a luggage seat. There are laundry facilities available at all of our locations. Please be sure to bring exercise clothing to wear during the morning stretching sessions.
