Arrivals & Departures

Arrival day in Bella Coola

PCA flight departs daily from Vancouver - 10:15 am
Departures are from the Vancouver Airport South Terminal located on the south side of the Vancouver Airport complex. This is a five-minute taxi ride from the main terminal. Flight time is 1 hour and 15 minutes. You should be there 45 minutes before flight time. If you have been staying in downtown Vancouver, you should allow 40 minutes travelling time to the airport for your flight.

Departure day from Bella Coola

PCA Flight departs Bella Coola - 11:55 am (via Anahim Lake) PCA Flight arrives Vancouver Airport South Terminal - 1:30 pm (weather may cause delays)

Luggage

Two small soft bags are better than one large bag. They are easier to load and store. Pacific Coastal has a 40lbs (18.2 kilos) weight limit per passenger. This is not a lot so pack light as any excess luggage may not make it on board. If you are traveling heavy please let us know and we will make arrangements to book a luggage seat.

Important Note - Please be sure to carry your ski/boarding boots and any other hard to replace items on board with you.

International Flights

We recommend that all our clients plan on an overnight stay in Vancouver both preceding the trip and on your return.

**Important Note - Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds to people who arrive late and miss their flight. These people will have to make their own way to Bella Coola at their expense the following day.

Vancouver Accommodations

For accommodations in Vancouver we recommend the Fairmont Vancouver Airport (in the International terminal of the airport).

In downtown Vancouver we recommend the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and / or the Fairmont Waterfront.
