Sydney Gee

Chilcotin Ranch Manager

Sydney grew up in the town of Peterborough, Ontario. She was lucky to live by the lake and bask in the gorgeous summers, however, it was winter that stole her heart.

At the age of 8, Sydney made the switch from skiing to snowboarding when she unwrapped her lifelong favourite Christmas present. Growing up on the Ontario hills with her brothers ignited her passion, but it wasn’t until she moved to Whistler in 2013 that Sydney knew she was in her element. Since then, Whistler has been a home base and she likes to take advantage of all the adventures the mountain town has to offer.

After completing her undergrad in Economics and Political Science at St. Francis Xavier University (Nova Scotia), Sydney returned to the mountains and began working as an Operation Supervisor for Whistler Blackcomb. It was here that her passion grew even stronger for the ski industry and the people within it. After four years working at Whistler Blackcomb, Sydney decided to move forward with a lifelong goal in completing her Real Estate License at UBC, in hopes that she could combine the two industries someday. Bella Coola Heli Sports and Tweedsmuir Park Lodge seemed like a natural next step.

When she is not in the office, you can find her doing Peak Chair laps, exploring the backcountry, or searching for new international surf spots to visit.
